The Arctic is brimming  with ancient stories that are still told today – tales filled with daring escapes, mysterious strangers, and fantastic adventures. But, not all of these stories are happy ones………..

Between frozen hills and behind lichen-covered rocks, strange and frighting creatures are said to lurk. There are ogresses who snatch children from the land; fierce, bearlike men who love nothing more than to eat hunters for dinner; enormous polar bears one hundred the times of normal bears; and smiling creatures that surpise unsuspecting campers and tickle them to death.
